LISTING CONSULTATION

At no cost to you, we provide a Listing Consultation where we will come meet with you in your home. At this first meeting, we will provide the current comps for sold homes in your area to give you an idea of what price you should list your home. We will also explain the entire process in depth, not to mention you’ll probably end up with some homemade cookies!

LISTING APPOINTMENT

This appointment is when we have our photographers come take photos as well as officially list your home for sale and enter it into our MLS Realtor System.

HOME SHOWINGS + PURCHASE CONSULTATION

This service is when you are looking to purchase a new home, you tell us all of your wants and needs and we meet you in person to start the search for your dream home! There is ZERO out of pocket cost for this service ( yeah you heard that right, you actually MAKE money). How do you make money?
